NOTICE BOARD
![]() We are all active amateur photographers so undoubtedly the answer is YES. Here is a really great way to make space for your new work whilst supporting a worthwhile charity at the same time. By giving your old mounted prints to your local branch of Cancer Research they can turn our unwanted piles of prints into much appreciated cash. The S W Regional Manager of Cancer Research thinks that this would be a great partnership-we provide them with our unwanted prints and they will make sure that they place our work in the shop, or shops, with themost potential to sell them. All the resulting profits go to Cancer Research. Many of us will undoubtedly be delighted to know our work is helping the charity and will be happy to give. Others may wish to retain their work for copyright reasons - we are all different. But if YOU want to participate in this fund raising idea then just sort through your stock, make a pile of your unwanted work and take it along to your nearest shop. If you do not know where this is go to www.cancerresearchuk.org and drill down via 'Shop with us' where you will find a search field to locate your nearest shop. Just drop your prints off with them - they will do the rest. If you wish to know more or have any query about this charity fund raising activity then do contact Janet Haines on 01308 428219 or via janet.haines@btopenwortd.com |
